2 Things From This Episode

1.  When Others Leave

When others leave look for things that remind you why you’re doing what you’re doing. I find a student and give them a hug, I look at the progress that we’ve made and remember what I’m called to do. Sometimes people leave and you’re ok with it but sometimes people leave who you thought would be around for a long time. Deal with it by knowing they’re going to multiply their calling and do more than they could do here. When there is vision the short steps become easier because you know you’re going somewhere.

Questions:

  1. What do you do when others leave your team?
  2. How do you remind yourself why you do what you do?

2. What Got You Won’t Keep You

The things that moved you into your calling aren’t always the things that keep you in it. When people leave it doesn’t have to be a negative thing. It brings growth to them and the team.

Questions:

  1. What pushed you to do what you’re doing now?
The things that moved you into your calling aren't always the things that keep you in it. Share on X
