2 Things From This Episode

1. Leading Where You Are

No matter where you are you can lead by example so people will have a model to follow after. Your passion drives you when others fail. When you know the gifts God has given you, use those for the good of others. I’m passionate about helping people reach their dreams. 9 years in the NFL has taught me the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of reaching your goals.

2. When Things Get Tough

To rise above your obstacles you must have faith in what you’re doing. Every season will have adversity but it doesn’t last forever. Knowing what’s ahead helps you to make it through today. There may be obstacles, there may be bumps in the roads, but failure is not an option.

Sometimes there’s nothing wrong with your aim, you just need to change the target. Not everyone will see your vision over the long term. You might have the right ideas but you need the right people around you.
