Highlight From This Episode

1. My Customers Are My Team.

Many teams are use to meeting the needs of their customers. As a leader, my team is my customer. It’s my job to equip them and ensure they have everything they need to do their job. Whether it’s performance, prioritization or learning a new skill; I’m here for them. No matter what we’re facing I have an unbelievable amount of hope. If we can work together and get to the goal then we can all be proud of what we do. Never feel that failure is the end. After a loss, take that knowledge and make it better next time.
