When things are going well we don’t usually focus on it but that might be the time to really invest in that area.
Honestly evaluating where you’re weak may show where something is not working right.
What are things we could be doing but we’re not. Leaders as – With what we have, what could we do?
Where is the enemy attacking and what can we do?
2. Identifying Other Leaders
Any person trying to impact someone else a leader. Even if you’re only impacting one person – you’re a leader. Everyone needs to learn and know how to lead people. Every interaction you have to influence someone in a positive direction is Leading. Leadership is simply when someone is following you. You don’t think you’re a leader? Are you influencing people? Then you’re a leader.
