Team members need to know you are on their side and not just trying to hijack the ship. The relationship allows your team to see your heart and vision for what they’re doing. People want to feel like they’re on a team and making something collaborative. The difference between inspiration and intimidation is relationship. Relationship is the conduit of inspiration.
