2 Things From This Episode
1. You have to be ready for change?
Change is a non stop part of your life. We need to be uncomfortable. We need areas of our lives where we’re not to relaxed. I needed to be stretched, I needed to be a little uneasy. When I’m unfamiliar with the territory it causes me to do more preparation than otherwise.
The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in combat. – Richard Marcinko
Questions:
- How are you at engaging change in your life?
- What areas are you intentionally uneasy?
2. You have to be ready for growth?
When we stop embracing change, we stop growing. Doing the same thing over and over can limit your opportunity to grow but being committed to change allows you to always develop something new.
Questions:
- What areas are you growing in?
