What you do as a leader in moments of crisis can have a significant impact on the focus and direction of those around you. How can you read through adversity? Let’s talk about it.

1. Focus on what you can control.

Often times in crisis, from life or death to financial struggles, our focus tends to be on things outside of our control. When we spend energy on things outside of our control it feeds fear. Don't focus on the problem, focus on the solution to the problem. Share on X

2. Where is Jesus and what does he want me to do?

In crisis you have to led people to Jesus and then the best way to accomplish the task in front of them. Adversity can be overcome if you approach it with the right mindset. Share on X If your focus is on the problem you’ll never find the solution. Always ask yourself, “Where is Jesus in this moment and what does he want me to do? ” As a leader the test of your character is not the adversity but how you go through, how you manage that adversity.
