Interview with Ryan Stigile on Common Struggles All Leaders Face

Leadership comes with endless challenges. One of the biggest challenges is feeling like you’re the only one working through issues. How can we avoid the “I’m the only one” trap and successfully navigate common leadership issues. What are other leaders facing that we can learn from? Let’s talk about it.

Guest: Ryan Stigile

2 Things From This Episode

1. Soul Care

We carry the weight of the people that we lead. Leaders put it all on the line for those we serve but sometimes we don’t take care of ourselves. When you don’t care for your own health you will struggle to care for those around you. Leaders must have “Be Time” where they aren’t leading or learning but time to just “Be”.

2. More

Leaders are passionate and in love with what they do. It’s very easy to link the measure of your worth to the measure of your results. To get more results we have to do more. Great leaders have no shortage of great ideas. If we’re not careful we can go on a journey of “What Else?” When we’re always looking for more we end up creating more for ourselves & more for our teams. Sometimes we want to do more so we can feel like more.
