December – 2020 Monthly Leadership Session with Robyn Lucas
Robyn Lucas is a creator, story teller, author of Paper Doll and all around amazing woman! Having lived through the collective and personal turmoil of 2020 she speaks with us on what she learned and how’s she’s moving forward. What has 2020 taught you? What has it taught you about yourself? What has it taught you about those around you? Let’s talk about it.
Highlight From This Episode
1. Vision vs. Realization & Hope
2020 didn’t just bring the concerns, the issues of our communities, our nation into our vision (we’ve seen them before) but rather 2020 made us realize that what we’re doing is not enough. This year has brought the problems of our communications, our nation, our world to the forefront and people are stepping up to help solve them. Before this year we, as a society, favored the 40 hour work week, the go-go-go, the hustle mentality. After everyone stopped, we had a chance to redefine what was important, what is important and find hope for the future. I think the underlying foundation of this nation is hope.
